Obituary: Rosamond McKeraghan Ware
March 27, 2009 Rosamond S. Ware, 66, of Fulton, died Friday at home following a sudden illness. A native of Morrisville, she had resided in Fulton most of her life. Rosamond retired after 25 years at Fulton Savings Bank, where she was a vice president. She had previously worked at Marine Midland Bank, Fulton. She was past president of I.M.C. and N.Y.S. Savings Bank Association for Audit and Control; a former member of Oswego Country Club, Fulton Chamber of Commerce, A. L. Lee Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and Osceola Rod & Gun Club; and treasurer of the A.A.H.A. of Osceola. Rosamond enjoyed playing golf, her camp at Osceola and dancing. Surviving are her husband, Gerald J. Ware of Fulton; a daughter, Tammy Belson of Jacksonville, FL; two grandsons, Jeffrey and Darrell Ashley of Jacksonville, FL; and several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours are 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, with services to immediately follow at 6 p.m. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
