LEXINGTON-Services for Robert B. Waldron, 63, of Lexington, were Saturday, Aug. 21, 2004 in Trinity Baptist Tabernacle, Gaston, with burial and military rites in the church cemetery.

Mr. Waldron died Aug. 18, 2004. Born in Fulton, NY, he was the son of the late Miles B. Waldron and the late Lucy Casgilia Burnett. He had been a local area resident since 1979. Mr. Waldron was a retired veteran of the United States Army. His 20-year career included active duty in Vietnam. Additionally, he was retired from the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.

Surviving are his wife, Joanne R. Waldron of Lexington; daughters, Lucy Kuyl of Virginia, Sandra Packnett of Oregon; four grandchildren; and special companion and friend, Shotsi.
